[店铺经营] 教育训练的本质!

教育训练是美容院选才、育才、留才、用才其中的一环,每个环节都有其重要性,相信各位都有个人独到的见解与经验,今天我就针对教育训练这议题,谈谈个人的一些浅见。

        常言道:「教育为百年大计」。想到百年,就让人觉得是手软脚软,你我谁能活百岁?现在却要做这百年的计画!真是一件不容易的事,但就算是不容易,也得谨慎周密的做下去!既然是「百年大计」,规划时就得从长计议。因为它的影响可不小!至于训练,无论各行各业!大家都会在做,尤其是美发业界,白天训练,晚上训练,只要有空,几乎都在训练!但成果如何?也存乎个人心中!训练时,人模人样好像很棒,到现场实战时,却荒腔走板,搬不上台面,霎时才知训练与实际不一定一样行!所以,要做教育训练就得好好斟酌斟酌了!


首先我们先来了解什么是教育?什么是训练?


        即然要做教育训练计画,就得先了解什么是教育训练。先就字义来说说吧!
        教:有教导传授之意!
        育:有养成栽培之意!
        训:有教诲纠正之意!
        练:有操演熟习之意!
        所以,教育就是教导培养人才的意思!训练就是导正且使之熟练的意思!因此教育与训练分开的,可是又有相关连!比如说:教了一个观念或一项技术,教导的人只能教懂、教会他人,无法教成'熟记观念'或是'熟练技术',要熟记观念或是熟练技术就得靠训练!
而教育与训练更是有分别的,分别在哪里呢?
         教育:由公平到不公平,知能的传授,须有连惯性持续性为|之
                 , 观念启发,范围广,由浅至深。
         训练:行为矫正,须有阶段性短暂为之,实务运用,范围窄,标
                  准制式化。
          最终以达成企业的目标作依规。


接着来谈教育要教些什么?训练要训练什么?


        有很多人,常常会因为要教育而教育,因为要训练而训练!不知其教育训练的目标与目的为何?所以当要作教育训练之前,要先想好目标与目的,才能妥善的有效的计画!
        教育内容的准备:依对象不同会产生需求的差异所以要准备适性的内容。
        教育课程的规划:1.依工作需求规划—依工作分析。
                              2.依目标需求规划—依目标分析。
                              3.依学生实态满足需求规划—依心理分析。

         训练内容的准备:依需求必在短期内有所成效,所以要依特定目
                               的准备其内容。
         训练课程的规划:1.目标要明确且强烈。
                               2.时效的掌握与控制。
                               3.训练时的气分调节。

        而美发业的教育训练不只是局限于技术层面,连顾客的接待礼仪、人员的应对进退及观念、现场效率的掌握、专业知识的学习运用、发品的运用、行销话术...... .等等,举凡与营现场有关的,都需要教育与训练!

        因此教育训练,最重要的是要能掌握两个原则!
        1.有效的才讲,讲了要有效-实证主义。
        2.有用的才做,做了要有用-实证主义。
        只要掌握这两个重点,教育训练就不会有太大的偏颇!
        以上个人的浅见,希望能对不了解教育训练的人,有些许的帮助!
