[团队管理] 新进人员的职前教育!

又到凤凰花开时,应该又有很多新鲜人要进入职场接受考验吧,就以美发业来说,约6月中旬就有新人会进来,那这些新人要教育些什么?要训练什么?
      一般来说,新人第一天就已经进入营业现场,不上市时,还有人可以招呼新人,教教洗头!一上市时,就没人招呼,新人就傻呼呼的站在现场,不知到该作些什么!有些人就这样觉得无聊,被冷落,就回家不做了!如果幸运人没走,又得接受下一关的无情考验(帮客人洗头);新人进来教了洗发,快者三天,慢者一星期,就让新人下现场帮客人洗头,技术没学到,先学会了害怕与挫折,从此,新人就在害怕与挫折中成长!因此,埋下了没有信心的种子,造就了恐惧与无自信的设计师!
      想想当初,你还是新人的时候,来到一个陌生的新环境,对一切是那么的生疏与不熟悉,不知学姊好不好相处,设计师会不会很凶,那种对未知的恐惧与不安,甚至可以用害怕来形容;所以新人的教育,着重在安心与信心的建立,因此职前的教育就显得格外重要了!


那职前的教育要教些什么呢?


      传统的教育会从技术着手,而疏忽了观念的建立及心里的建设,所以容易产生挫折及失去信心!那职前的教育要教些什么呢?
      1.刚刚有提及新人首重安心与信心的建立,为了让新人安心,一定要找人专职负责,让新人对环境及旧成员的认识熟悉,以免去心里的不安!
      2.接着就是观念的建立,要让新人清楚就学与就业心态之差异,并了解美发行业的特性!
      3.再来就是信心的建立,当心态及观念建立后,就是技术教育,技术的教导,千万别用设计师的标准去看待新人,就算是设计师的60分,都有可能是新人的100分,而且还要新人知道,犯错是正常的(不是应当的),是从错误中学习成长,而不是从挫折中成长,所以一定要用循序渐进方式设定标准。


      如何让新人有效的学习!各个店家现在应该好好的思考规划了!

      Think first, you still new when the come to a strange new environment, everything is so strange and not familiar with, I wonder if Xuezi is good to get along, designers would ferocious, that kind of fear of the unknown and disturbed, or even be afraid to describe; so new education, which focused on the establishment of peace of mind and confidence, so pre-education it is particularly important!


That pre-service education to teach something?


      The traditional education will start from a technical, but neglect the concept of the establishment and construction of mind, so easily lead to frustration and loss of confidence! That pre-service education to teach something?
